Refunds are only applicable if the issue is reported during delivery, in front of the delivery agent.
Once the product is fully accepted without objection, we cannot process any return or refund.

You must request a return within 1 day of receiving the product.
After 1 day, no return or refund requests will be accepted.

🔄 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
নওয়াফ গ্যাজেট বিডি গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দেয়। তবে ন্যায্যতা ও স্বচ্ছতা বজায় রাখতে রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট কিছু অবস্থায় গ্রহণযোগ্য।
✅ যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য:
ভুল প্রোডাক্ট, সাইজ বা কোনো আইটেম মিসিং
ডেলিভারির সময় প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হলে
এইসব ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করি।

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পরে মন পরিবর্তন করলে
ডেলিভারির সময় কোনো সমস্যা না থাকলে
💰 রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি
রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র তখনই প্রযোজ্য, যদি সমস্যাটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে জানানো হয়।
পণ্য পুরোপুরি গ্রহণ করার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
⏳ রিটার্ন করার সময়সীমা
পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ১ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
এর পরে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
